Construction & Infrastructure
Monthly progress visits, quarterly hero films and completion content for developers and contractors. Documentation built to live in a brand library, not on a hard drive.
The same framing, the same altitude, the same arc, month after month, so twelve visits cut together into a build sequence rather than twelve unrelated visits. Site-ready, inducted and insured, and used to working around programme, weather and trades.
- 01
Set the frame
On the first visit we fix the positions, altitudes and arcs the programme will be shot from. Every later visit repeats them, which is what makes the sequence cut together.
- 02
Monthly capture
A half-day on site per visit, worked around the programme rather than against it. Aerial and ground, plus stills from the same visit.
- 03
Deliver and bank
Graded film and stills within five working days, filed so the library is usable at handover instead of being reassembled from twelve hard drives.
Developers, main contractors and Tier-2 regional contractors who need a build documented as it happens, and want the result usable in tender packs, stakeholder reporting and marketing rather than filed as a survey deliverable.
--- QuestionsWhat does a progress visit cost?
A monthly progress visit on a single site is £750. A quarterly hero film is £1,500, and a launch or completion film is £2,400. Multi-site retainers across four sites start at £12,000 a year.
Are you insured for a live site?
Yorkshire Drones carries £10m public liability arranged per flying day, alongside a standing policy. Certificates go out before the first visit, and we are used to site inductions.
Do you deliver stills as well as film?
Yes. Every progress visit includes aerial stills from the same flight, graded and filed alongside the film.
